Dear Friend in Christ,

Greetings to you in the most wonderful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His richest blessings shall be upon you forever.

I am Pastor P. Ruth Jaiseel Babu Bapatla, India, writing to you in His precious name. I am residing at Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh State in South India.

Geographically our area is too backward in all aspects. I came from a devotee gospel family. From the very beginning of my early days, I laid my stress on His Services only. By the call of Him, I openly accepted Him as my Savior. At present I am existing as the church pastor, at my place. We had one rural Church. Our Church members are very poor, and they can't offer any contributions for our regular worship. Now I got concentrated on our outreach gospel which is yielding the best harvest of souls among Hindu people. By our regular prayers, they are getting away to their idol worship, and confessing before God in all of their previous sins. They are accepting our Lord Jesus as their real Savior. They are praising Him regularly. It is one kind of blessing for us. You kindly pray about our present day gospel. I need of your help on our present day gospel. You kindly call on the attention of your people, friends, and intimates among our exact needs.

Further I am running one orphanage for the welfare of 10 orphan children. Once they had struggled a lot at their basic needs like food, clothing, and shelter. But now they are growing on perfect healthy conditions. They are cultivating very good habits under Christian background. I believe they should become as God servants in future. By such a pious target I am train-up them regularly. You kindly bless them on such aspect. Actually I don't have any fixed or regular support from anywhere. I totally depended upon our local contributions. But nowadays it became very problem for me to attain such local contributions. And it is fact to you that any organization based on Christian faith may can't achieve of its necessary rants from India. Here Christians are in minority. They can't reach of their targets as per the existed funds from India. Under this background I need of your kind support. You graciously encourage me on my regular services. Basically I want your good fellowship. We shall remember you daily at our regular prayers.

I really enjoyed this weekend. I really needed it. Sometimes you need your battery charged, and a retreat like this one is the only way. I know that God had been telling me to cast my cares on Him, and I was trying, but I could not let go. I am sure I will try to keep bringing it back, but I can use the information I learned from Joani and I can give it right back. My situation has been re-ocurring for over 16 years, and I have asked God to help me, I think He was waiting for me to release it to him for good. I know He is waiting to help me. Thank you for your encouragement, and tell Joani that her message helped me more than she will know.

I don't know if you will remember me, we spoke briefly on two occasions. Your CD came in the mail to our church and I listened to your CD and contacted you regarding a possible speaking engagement. I am so very blessed to have gotten the pleasure to meet and hear Joani speak at Memorial Baptist Church in Frankfort, KY. I so felt the spirit of the Lord in the house and in my heart. Joani is a blessing. I thank God that there are people in this world like her and her family. When I walked into the church on Sunday she was the first person I saw and I didn't even take the time to go up to this stranger and introduce myself and to say hello and for that I am sorry. Hi Joani, I just to let you know that God used you to minister to me this weekend at Memorial Baptist in Frankfort, KY. I was invited by my boss to attend. I also wanted to come and hear you sing and speak... sorta to scout you out for our women's ministery (smile). While I'm not serving on the Women's minsitry committee this year (God's leading me to step up and out through the doors he opens to share his word) I still keep my ears and eyes atune to those that cross my path and give the information back to our women's ministry team. Anyway... as always God's plan was bigger than me scouting you out and accpeting my bosses invittation. You see my son is a Joe... he most recently moved out and into an apartment with a young girl... he's been running from God for some time now. God used your testimony to redirect my focus from what my son was doing wrong to how more than able God is to reach and love those who have turned their backs on Him. My spirit was filled to overflowing as the Joy of the Lord strengthened me once again. I was reminded... it's not about me, my son or even what he's doing... but it's all about God. Just before bedtime Sunday night I pulled out my journal to pour out my heart to God for the wonderful day we had together... then God closed out our eveing together by giving me a wonderful poem.

I will be passing your name on to our ministry team and if it's in God's plan maybe I'll have an opportunity to personnal thank you someday... if not here we'll meet on the streets of gold... you, me, Joe and my son. I'm praising God for the salvation that he has made for my son and for the GOOD seed he gave me to sew into my son's life. His Word will accomplish what it is sent out to do. Lord, thank you for using Joani to speak your truth into my life this weekend. May your goodness and mercy follow her all the days of her life. You can tell by the way Joani acts that she is truly walking in the Spirit. You don't get the impression that she is hiding something. She radiates integrity. Intimidation is not her game. She is at peace with who she is, and she accepts you for who you are as well. Her sensitivity to the Spirit provides her with an uncanny ability to know when she has offended or hurt someone. She isn't afraid to admit her faults.

Dear Joani, I have asked for prayers for my son who was to loose his leg. He elected not to have his leg removed. He continues to get treatment and when they last checked the cancer has not spread. He just got back from a youth trip, (He is a youth minister at Chester Baptist in Chester, Va.) You may remember him when you were there. Traditionally the Sunday after Easter is a low Sunday with many people away (spring break, etc.) BUT not this year. We had almost as many as on Easter Sunday. I believe the way you challenged our people to greater faithfulness and service is in large part the reason that this Lord's Day is so different.

I am Rev. Youngsik Kim and have sent you news and information about North Korea several times. I sincerely pray that God may protect and comfort you and your family.

I just came back from the mission field of North Korea. There, I sent medicines and living necessities all over North Korea.

Although I sent thousands of articles of clothing and food, I am sure that it will not be enough help for those hungry North Korean refugees. However, I did what I did to let them know the wonderful love of Christ Jesus. I did what I did to show the fact that the living Lord is watching over them and remembers them. I did what I did to give hope that bright future in Christ must come so they could endure all the miserable and hopeless days. I strongly believe that what they truly need would be the hope of the Lord.

ur missionaries who dedicate their lives with faith and love in the mission field were reverential and proud. Even though they have been pursued here and there under woeful persecutions, they have never given up and have taken up all their missions and work.

One of these missionaries is who I am writing about. I loved him as if he were my own flesh. Soon after he escaped from North Korea due to the miserable hunger, he met me and received Jesus Christ. Since then, he's had a strong faith without any fear of losing his life. He changed his name to mine, to Youngkwang Kim, which means Glory Kim.

While he was managing an underground church in North Korea, he brought Bibles and Christian books to North Korea, crossing over the Tumen River (the border line between China and North Korea) several times a year.

I learned that he was executed, that he was shot in public after having gone through woeful tortures last winter. I heard that he chose the execution instead of revealing facts about his fellow missionaries and endangering their safety. Moreover, I heard that he cried out, "Believe in Jesus Christ! Only Jesus is the true God!" until he was executed in the field.

He became a sacred victim. I feel like I could see him, hear his wonderful laugh and admire his decisive faith, as if he were in front of me now.

Currently, there are more than many, many wandering North Korean escapees all over China. Whenever I see them, I sometimes would like to give up my missionary work thinking that this problem will be resolved only if our Lord comes.

However, taking care of dying North Korean refugees is a favor of our Lord, Jesus Christ, and a must-do for us who received Jesus Christ and His Grace earlier than them. And to save even one more life is the mission of all Christians.

Your concert was a special blessing to me as well to the ladies at Irvington First Baptist. We had PTL's on Sunday during SS even while you were still there. Yesterday for the ladies conference I went at 2pm, and I enjoyed to know about 5 principals of Joy from you. I am acting on those good 5 princpals from now on in my life with Jesus Christ after crying to Jesus whom I called for help. I knew He is just right there consoling me and let me know He knew my pain which is gone now because I gave my marriage to God as letting Him to take care of it.

Tonight as Feb 2 at 6:30 for your concert at my church, I am praised to the Lord that my hubby was coming with me to hear your truly testimony and songs to sing in your praise and worship to Jesus who has done good to you and to me, too. I am glad that my hubby was willing to accompany with me that night. I thank to God for him to do. I praise to God thur Jesus in my heart that he did have a good time at your concert. It is my 3rd time to meet you, Joani, and I love you! God loves you more!!!

I will put in the name of your nephew who is sick in my prayer book tonight and pray about his sickness to be healed in the name of Jesus who already healed him for real. We are a group of pastors and evangelists who were called by the lord form different walks of life. And dedicated our lives to the lord taking our cross each day and following him. We have no other work except the gospel proclamation. The lord has called us with his word Isaiah 41:8-10, we gave our lives to the lord with t he call and working for his glory in the expansion of his kingdom thru his commandment matt 28; 19, mark 16; 15.

Thru the leading of the Holy Spirit, since we dedicated our lives to him from 1996. We have been working just by the sensitive guidance of the lord and by obeying to him we have now planted 12 new churches, and started more than 100 cell groups, reached more than 50 gospel unreached villages with the good news. Our lord gave the vision to plant the churches in the gospel unreached places. So working as missionaries in our native land for his glory in the expansion of the kingdom of god.

We are distributing the bibles, gospel tracts free of cost. Preaching, teaching, counseling the word of god is our main duty. Sunday school, women’s fellowship, youth seminars, every week gospel outreach camps, public meetings, street preaching, feeding the l epers (Very rarely), feeding the poor kids (Very rarely), tribal evangelism, strengthening the BODY of Christ to make BRIDE of Christ, for the edification of the church. Pastor’s conference at regular intervals. Orientation to the pastors to help them work e ffectively. All this achieved by the just grace of god only.

Actually there is a great harvest in India; to reap the harvest there is a need to work thru all the possible means of ways to propagate the good news. Frankly to say that we have a great desire, and goals towards the ministry. While putting our heart and vi sion before you to please kindly consider our dedicated ministry work with mercy to enable us to do the lord work more in reaching the lost for Christ at any cost. Also to help us to feed our families with needed food. However kindly excuse us for daring to w rite to you for taking this advantage.

I have a clear vision to reach the unreached people groups in the remote areas and rural and urban areas with the good news of Jesus Christ.

I have a burden to help and to care the Widows and Orphan Children to lead them to the throne of Grace. as per James:1:27

This area 90% of the people are living under the poverty line. Most of them were seasonal agricultural labourers. This area agricultural systems are fully depended on Monsoon rainfalls, We have water resourses but we dont have water management. As i am serving the lord I find the people from fisherman colonies these fisherman are really innocent and they believe the sea is their mother god, they worship Sea and Snakes and godesses and their ancestors. Women having the strong role in their family systems, the women will go to the market and sell the fish and, she manages the whole family. In the fisherman the women and men will consume Alcohol. The fisherman childern was mostly neglected because the act of their parents,in such area, their lives were transformed by the mighty power of the Holy Ghost.

This part of India every year hit with cyclones and with natural disaster like floods.every year hundreds of villages washing away with floods, In many families they lost their many men will lost their wifes many women lost their husbands and many children lost their parents.The childern stories in this part, are very pathetic. The Orphan children relatives makes them as slaves. No protection for the children, They sleep on the road sides they die on the road sides no one care of them pray for these little ones. I want to Run a Orphanage with these orphan childern. pray for this. I know lord will open doors.

The widow women of this part, having many pathetic stories, the young women forcefully joins in sex bussiness by their family relatives, many times she raped by the village gangsters.The middleaged widow also teased by the society and raped by the gangsters, if she have childern really they suffers a lot lake of food and clothing. The aged widow is neglected women and the people always curse her to DIE, who will give you and who will feed you, many aged widows were parelized some have cancer some have Tuber Culosis, some have infected fevers, because of lack of proper treatment and compassion, really these women are suffering and Suffering, pray for them.

I am praying and working for this people because, God So loved the World and gave his begotten Son. John : 3:16.

This part of India is a safe place, the doors are open, the millions are hungry for the word of God. " Harvest is great, Still we need of Labourers" Pray to prepare many young man and women to send into the harvest before our lord Second comming.

This part of India, Gegrophically 50 % of the area covered with Hills and Jungles,20% of the population are living in the Jungles, those who are living in this Jungles, they called TRIBAL COMMUNITY. In these tribes there are several sub- communites namely called, " Savara, Kondadora, Jatapudora, Mookadora, Gadabadora" and other small groups .These people groups life style is very pathetic, The literacy rate in these communities about 5%. Theses tribal groups are having their own language, but they can understand our language which namely called " Telugu" I know their languages .These people mostly worship their godesses and they offer blood to their godesses every day. Each one family consists with 10 childern, many childern dies with malnutrition. These people are not having any resourse to earn money for their lively hood. they cut the fire wood and they sell in the near by villages. Every tribal women will earn only 20 US Cents for their daily bread. They dont have proper clothing ,proper medical aid and transportation. Every year hundreds and thousands are dying with diseases like malaria, cholera and also lake of food and medicines. In such a area i started my ministry, In the begining of my ministry, the heads of the Tribals (Tribal Priests) plan to kill me, but lord has protected me from many dangerous situations, Tribal heads used to say, dont enter into our village, if you enter into our village. our godesses will leave us, but the lord made great victory over the satanic power, and Changed them to believe Jesus. It is Wonderful, And Praise the lord.....
